Step 3 - Complete checkout with your address. We deliver your boxes as requested

How long can I keep the boxes?

7 days is our current standard period that you get to keep the boxes for.

If you need additional, please contact support@boxbuddy.co.za to make arrangements.

What areas do you serve?

BoxBuddy currently serves Howick, Hilton, Pietermaritzburg and their surrounding areas.

We are continually expanding into new area. If you would like us in your area, email support@boxbuddy.co.za

What are the size of the BoxBuddys'?

Our reusable boxes are approximately 65L in volume and measuring 600mm x 400mm x 320mm.

This allows the best packing space to weight ratio.

Please allow for slight variation in box sizes and volume.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in full via secure online checkout to secure your booking.

Can I order for the same day delivery?

We currently do not deliver same day, unless otherwise agreed.

In most cases, next day delivery is applicable.
